What kind of lead time are we talking?

We need 12 weeks minimum (excluding shipping) to craft your inflatable structure. Design takes longer than the actual manufacturing, as we work hard to perfect the details, and add those special flourishes. Along the way, we will be able to provide you with 3D images of how the unit will look when complete. With our larger structures, such as canopies and tents, we need 16 weeks minimum for fabrication after the structural calculations are approved.

Do we make bouncy castles?

While we love a bouncy castle as much as the next person – Pumped does not make inflatables that people can climb on. Our speciality is beautiful, highly-detailed set pieces designed to be enjoyed visually (rather than with your grubby feet).

Do you have a minimum size unit?

While the jury is still out on whether size matters – our inflatables work best on a large scale. The smallest unit we make is 2m. The best bit is that it is relatively inexpensive to make your structures bigger per metre, and there is no limit to how big your unit can be. We will simply tinker with our structural calculations and ballasting accordingly.

What materials are the inflatables made from?

Depending on the unit, we use PVC, Scuba, Neoprene and Lycra.

Can we manage the installation ourselves?

Typically, we run our projects from start to finish, and that includes managing the install. However, if you have a skilled team, we can absolutely ship the product to you with a comprehensive instruction manual.

I’m based outside the UK; will you install it for us here?

We have installed units all over the world – we love visiting new places! As long as you can let us know site specific requirements such as extra H&S documents, additional structural drawings, average wind speeds, labour union rules etc, we will make sure you have a unit that can be activated smoothly in that market.

Can we video map the product?

Yes you can, and it looks amazing. We will send you the 3D model and your lighting designers can take it from there.

How do you manage freight?

We can either arrange the freight of your unit directly to the site location, or you can manage the process yourself. Customers are liable for any import duties.
