From customer brief, to design, to completed units, all manufacturing is done in-house at our state-of-the-art premises in Cape Town. Our skilful design team will work with you to visualise, and plan your project in 3D, before handing over the approved design to our stitchers to manufacture it to perfection.
To achieve superior workmanship, we use highly-specialised equipment, including computerised cutting tables, digital printers, 3-D design packages, high-frequency (HF) welders, hot-wedge welders and dye sublimation printing.

Logistics
- No more need for huge crews – our products typically require a team of 4-6, depending on scale of the build.
- Our inflatables pack up small enough to be easily transported, nationally and internationally. This removes the need for fuel guzzling trucks, plus, where possible, we deliver by electric vans.
- The base of our inflatables mould to the ground, removing the need for a deck and a level surface.

Health and Safety

- Our units are continually pumped through with cold air. This means that even in the rare event of a puncture, the structure stays inflated.
- Repairs are simple and fast – akin to patching a punctured bike tyre.
- Our inflatable units can be deflated and packed away within 20 minutes, even in high winds.
- Speaking of wind, our inflatables can withstand gusts of us to 25mph. They are both internally ballasted, and secured with ropes.
